2016 Year in Review
Like most years, 2016 flew by. It was a busy year – I wrote a book, moved to a new apartment and of course, started The 400 Project with Ben and Bryan.
One of the highlights of 2016 was meeting Pierce Brown, author of the Red Rising trilogy – after just a brief chat, I was fired up to finish writing my own novel.
Another high point of the year was seeing Underoath on their reunion tour.
Lots of big family events this year too – this was taken at my sister’s university graduation.
A few weeks after that, one of my cousins got married. Here’s an awkward family photo at the reception.
Killarney Provincial Park, taken on a road trip through northern Ontario.
Bass Lake Provincial Park, where I went camping for a weekend with my family.
This was the year of camping, I guess. Another weekend trip, this time with friends to Balsam Lake Provincial Park.
I took this on the ferry going to the Toronto Islands to meet up with some friends at the beach.
After two basement apartments, this December I moved into a “real” apartment in Toronto.
